Brief Personal Bio:
I moved to South Bay in 1965, from Hawaii (migrating to the U.S. from the Philippines in 1961). I graduated from California State College Long Beach with a B.A. degree in 1968, got drafted by the U.S Army, spent 2 years in Georgia and came back in 1970. My wife, Virginia, and I started our family in 1969. Our kids went to local schools. South Bay is a very special place for us. It’s close to our hearts. I love to travel, enjoy reading, going to movies, listening to music, and now spending time with the grandkids. I miss playing golf, though. That is or was one of my passions.

Professionally, I know South Bay real estate very well. I’ve seen the growth and the changes that have taken place over the years. And the various developments in the South Bay real estate landscape, where new homes for sale have sprouted. Inspite of what you might have heard or read (what with all the ‘gloom and doom’ reports, declining home values, ever increasing foreclosure lists, etc. we’ve been getting) real estate is still LOCAL. South Bay, with its unique beauty and incredible location, remains a strong, vibrant community and a wonderful place to work, to live, to invest and to raise a family.
